M12B coded panel flange seat curved pin connector is a connector designed specifically for the field of factory automation, with the design standard of IEC 61076-2-101. This type of connector is mainly used to connect sensors and actuators.
☑ Coding Keyway Structure: Coding B adopts a unique keyway positioning system. It achieves physical error-proofing design to ensure incompatibility with other codings such as A, C, D, and X, effectively preventing misplugging risks when connecting fieldbus devices.
☑ Rear Panel Mounting: Installation is performed from the back of the device panel, and it is fixed on the panel via threads.
☑ Board-Mounted Type: Directly soldered onto the Printed Circuit Board (PCB), this type ensures a more stable electrical connection between the connector and the PCB. It also simplifies the installation and maintenance processes.
☑ Dual-Stage Sealing Design: Metal threads provide mechanical locking, and silicone rubber sealing rings achieve IP67/IP68 protection. It can withstand an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃ and a vibration acceleration of 10G.
☑ Signal Transmission Characteristics: Supports fieldbus protocols such as PROFIBUS DP/PA and INTERBUS.
