For some standard products, SHUNKONN offers free samples, depending on the type of product. Free samples are limited to the first application, subsequent repeat applications may require further evaluation.Sample fees may be charged for specific models or high value products. The sample charge will be deducted when the customer confirms the official order.

SHUNKONN will process and confirm the shipment of the sample within 7 working days after receiving the complete sample request. If the sample stock is insufficient, the customer will be notified promptly and an estimated delivery time will be provided.

How do I get a free sample?
We understand your request for free samples and appreciate your request. However, providing free samples to every customer would put a huge financial strain on our costs. Therefore, we need to limit the range of free sample products. As a result, we decided to apply the free sample strategy only to the following customers:

VIP customer
We will provide free samples for VIP customers. VIP customers are our valued long-term partners who have always supported and contributed to our brand and products. Their VIP status will be determined based on factors such as our cooperation history, number and frequency of orders.

Potential customers and brand customers
We are also willing to provide free samples for potential customers and customers with their own brands. These clients are of great value in terms of the partnership with them. We will evaluate their compliance with the free sample policy based on their potential, market influence, brand recognition and other factors. Product feedback and collaboration opportunities with us to establish long-term goals

Special project client
Customers with specific projects or research and development needs can apply for free samples after evaluation to facilitate technical exchange and product verification.

First time customer
When new customers first work with us, they can request free samples of specific models in order to evaluate the quality and performance of our products.

Bulk customer
Customers interested in making a large purchase (such as contract orders over a certain amount) can request free samples to help confirm product suitability.

Is the sample fee refundable?
Sample fee refund policy:

The sample fee is deducted from the confirmation of the official order:
If the customer chooses to continue to customize the connector, and the minimum order quantity of a single model reaches 500 pieces, or by mutual agreement, the sample fee paid can be deducted from the total order amount. This policy is designed to reward customers who have decided to continue their partnership and order in bulk, and is our response to their trust and support.

Sample fees are refundable in the following cases:
If the customer decides not to customize after paying the sample fee, and the sample has not yet started production. If there is a major problem caused by us during the production of the sample, the delivery cannot be on time or the customer's requirements cannot be met.

Refund process
If the customer is eligible for a refund of the sample fee, we will follow the following procedure: The customer needs to submit the refund request to our customer Service team, along with the relevant order and payment information. We will verify the request and assess eligibility for a refund. Once the refund is approved, we will start the refund process according to the refund method chosen by the customer. Refund times may vary depending on the refund method chosen and the processing speed of the financial institution.

Please note that sample fees cannot be refunded in the following cases:
