How do I get a free sample?
We understand your request for free samples and appreciate your request. However, providing free samples to every customer would put a huge financial strain on our costs. Therefore, we need to limit the range of free sample products. As a result, we decided to apply the free sample strategy only to the following customers:

The sample fee is deducted from the confirmation of the official order:
If the customer chooses to continue to customize the connector, and the minimum order quantity of a single model reaches 500 pieces, or by mutual agreement, the sample fee paid can be deducted from the total order amount. This policy is designed to reward customers who have decided to continue their partnership and order in bulk, and is our response to their trust and support.
Sample fees are refundable in the following cases:
If the customer decides not to customize after paying the sample fee, and the sample has not yet started production. If there is a major problem caused by us during the production of the sample, the delivery cannot be on time or the customer's requirements cannot be met.
Refund process
If the customer is eligible for a refund of the sample fee, we will follow the following procedure: The customer needs to submit the refund request to our customer Service team, along with the relevant order and payment information. We will verify the request and assess eligibility for a refund. Once the refund is approved, we will start the refund process according to the refund method chosen by the customer. Refund times may vary depending on the refund method chosen and the processing speed of the financial institution.
