With over a decade of practical experience in industrial automation and electronic engineering, I have witnessed firsthand the rapid transformation of the global manufacturing landscape. With the accelerated development of Industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing,
one issue is becoming increasingly prominent: the world needs more reliable, smarter, and more next-generation automation-enabled connectivity solutions.

I am someone obsessed with "connectivity." Not abstract social connections, but the physical connections between machines, between sensors and controllers, that determine the reliable operation of a system.
Over a decade of field experience has taught me that a small connector often carries the weight of production line stability and continuous equipment operation.
Before founding Connoder in 2013, I witnessed countless downtimes and losses in numerous factories due to connector failures: poor contact at high temperatures, loosening in vibrating environments, and premature failure in humid conditions. These pain points not only wasted costs but also hindered factories' transformation towards intelligent manufacturing. While many brands exist in the market, few simultaneously meet the demands of "reliability, customizability, and scalability."
