M12 B-coded pre-molded cables are a connection solution designed for industrial applications, combining the advantages of M12 B-coded circular connectors with pre-manufactured cable assemblies. Mainly used for Profibus and some other fieldbus protocols.
☑ Encoding Keyway Structure：The B encoding adopts a unique keyway positioning system. It achieves physical foolproof design to ensure incompatibility with encodings such as A/C/D/X, effectively preventing misplugging risks when connecting fieldbus devices.
☑ Two-Stage Sealing Design：Metal threads provide mechanical locking. Silicone rubber sealing rings achieve IP67/68 protection level, withstanding an ambient temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃ and a vibration acceleration of 10G.
☑ Overmolding;The injection molding process integrates the cable and connector into one piece. This enhances physical strength, provides an additional protective layer, and typically achieves an IP67 or higher protection level to ensure waterproof, dustproof, and chemical corrosion resistance performance.
☑ Signal Transmission Characteristics:Supports fieldbus protocols including PROFIBUS DP/PA and INTERBUS.
☑ Voltage and Current:Supports a rated voltage of 250V and a maximum carrying current of up to 4A, suitable for the transmission of low-to-medium power signals.
☑ Durability:High-quality brass or phosphor bronze terminals undergo solid gold plating, featuring strong oxidation resistance and ensuring a plug-in lifespan of over 500 cycles.
