What is the meaning of "front board installation, rear board installation" on the side of the circular connector panel?
"Plate front mount, plate back mount" refers to the sensor/actuator connector for plate mounting. Front panel installation means that the connector is inserted into the mounting hole on the front panel and secured by a nut from the rear panel. The rear panel installation means that the connector is inserted into the mounting hole from the rear of the panel and secured by a nut from the front of the panel.
